Installation and use:

1. When installing, the concentricity tolerance of the pump shaft and the motor must be less than 0.10mm (TIR) and the maximum allowable angular error is less than 0.2 degrees by using a flexible coupling; the pump shaft must not bear radial and axial loads; the carrier must be firm Good rigidity, can fully absorb vibration.

2. Fix the pipes according to the port size, especially the water inlet pipe, and install a safety relief valve in the system (the inlet flow rate is between 0.5 and 1.5 m/s). The safety regulating pressure valve must not be greater than the maximum pressure of the pump; the water inlet pipe must be strictly sealed without leakage; the water inlet pipe must be strictly sealed without leakage; the oil tank should be equipped with a diaphragm to separate air bubbles and dirt from the oil; the oil return nozzle should be lower than the fluid surface, The minimum depth is 50 mm, even at low levels, when allowed to avoid the formation of air bubbles.

3. Set the inlet suction pressure of the pump: hydraulic oil is +35～-16.7 KPa. Hydraulic oil water - ethylene glycol and phosphate ester is +35 ~ -10.1 KPa.

4. If the pump is installed on the oil tank or higher than the top cover of the oil tank, the pump suction inlet height should be less than 500mm.
