A56-F-R-00,A45-LR04E series piston pump
A56-F-R-00 and A45-LR04E series hydraulic piston pumps are important components in hydraulic systems. They are widely used in various industrial fields, such as machine tools, engineering machinery, plastic machinery, etc.
The A56-F-R-00 and A45-LR04E series piston pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, high reliability, and low noise, and can meet the needs of hydraulic systems under various complex working conditions.
The working principle of the A56-F-R-00 and A45-LR04E series hydraulic axial piston pumps is to use the plunger to reciprocate in the cylinder to achieve the suction and discharge of hydraulic oil. The output flow and pressure of a piston pump depend on factors such as the number and stroke of the plungers, as well as the diameter and length of the cylinder.
When selecting and using A56-F-R-00 and A45-LR04E series piston pumps, you need to pay attention to the following points:
Choose the appropriate model and specifications according to actual needs to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
During installation and use, follow the instructions in the instructions to avoid unexpected situations.
Regularly inspect and maintain the piston pump to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.
In short, the A56-F-R-00 and A45-LR04E series high-pressure piston pumps are important components of the hydraulic system. Correct selection and use can improve the efficiency and stability of the system and extend its service life.
A series variable piston pump specifications: A10, A16, A22, A37, A45, A56, A70, A90, A145, A220, etc.
Precautions for using A series variable piston pump:
■ Pump installation
When installing the pump, the oil filler port should be positioned upward.
■ Shaft alignment
Use flexible couplings wherever possible to avoid any stresses due to bending or thrust forces. The maximum allowable non-axiality error TIR (Total Indicator Reading) is less than 0.1mm, and the maximum allowable angular error is less than 0.2°.
■ Suction pressure
The allowable suction pressure at the pump inlet is between -16.7~+50kPa. Use piping with the same diameter as the specified pipe flange for the suction port. The height of the suction port of the pump must be less than 1m from the liquid level of the tank.
■Piping instructions
When steel pipes are used at the suction port or outlet, noise may be generated due to the additional load placed on the pump by the piping. To avoid additional loads, use rubber hoses.
■ Suction pipe
If the pump is installed above the liquid level, the suction pipe and suction pipe oil filter should not be higher than the pump interface to prevent air from entering the suction pipe.
■ Drain pipe
Install the drain pipeline according to the table below, and ensure that the pressure in the pump chamber remains below the normal pressure of 0.1MPa and the impact pressure is less than 0.5MPa. The piping length is less than 1m. It should be installed separately and not merged with the oil return pipe. The end of the pipe should be immersed in oil.
