Disassembly and assembly of hydraulic oil pump attention

Do you know what problems need to be paid attention to during the disassembly and assembly of the hydraulic oil pump? Please follow the steps below:

1. Before assembling the hydraulic oil pump in the hydraulic system, the flash and burr of each part should be carefully removed to prevent it from falling into the oil motor during assembly.

2. When assembling, all parts should be carefully cleaned (but it is strictly forbidden to wipe with cotton yarn).

3. After all the parts of the disassembled hydraulic oil pump are installed, the transmission shaft should feel flexible and stable when moving the transmission shaft by hand, and there must be no lightness or stagnation.

4. If you need to change the rotation direction of the hydraulic oil pump, you must first change its oil delivery direction, that is, change the position of the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe.

5. The oil inlet and all connecting parts of the hydraulic oil pump should be well sealed, firm and reliable. There must be no looseness, so as not to mix the air and affect its working performance.

6. The working oil must be filtered, and the oil tank should be sealed with a cover to prevent impurities and dirt from mixing into the oil. At the same time, there should be enough oil in the oil tank, the oil level should meet the requirements, and the working oil temperature should not exceed 50 degrees.

7. The diameter of each oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe must be compatible with the actual working oil volume flowing through the hydraulic oil pump, so as not to affect its working performance.

8. In the case of the highest pressure difference, there must be no leakage at the connection surfaces of the cover plates, oil plugs, and oil pipes of the hydraulic oil pump. 9. Under the condition of input and output rated pressure difference and flow rate, the output torque and speed should not be lower than the rated value.

9. When changing the direction of rotation, the system should not stagnate.

10. After assembly, the blades of the oil pump in the hydraulic system should be close to the inner surface of the stator under the action of the torsion spring. Both ends of the spring must be embedded in the groove of the blade. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the blades move flexibly in the rotor slot.

11. When the oil distribution plate stops working, it should be close to the end face of the stator with the help of the force of the spring.

12. It is recommended that No. 20 hydraulic oil or mechanical oil be used as the working medium in the hydraulic pump station of the hydraulic system, and there must be no periodic noise and irregular impact sound during the performance test at an oil temperature of 50°C.

13. The bearing of the hydraulic oil pump should be filled with grease once a week to maintain good lubrication, reduce friction and wear, and prolong the service life.
