PV2R series vane pumps are widely used in various hydraulic machinery. Many friends like them because of their low noise, stable operation, high working pressure, compact structure, small outline size and large flow. However, during installation and use, problems such as oil pump failure, loud noise and pressure failure often occur due to improper installation methods. I hope the following precautions for installation and use can help you.

Precautions for installation and use of PV2R series vane pump:

1. During installation, the coaxiality error between the pump shaft and the drive motor shaft shall be ≤ 0.10mm, and flexible coupling shall be used. The support structure shall be firm, rigid and able to fully absorb vibration. The pump shaft shall be installed horizontally.

2. Connect the pipeline according to the size of the oil port, especially the oil inlet pipe, and install a safety overflow valve in the system. The oil inlet pipe shall be strictly sealed without air leakage, and the oil return pipe orifice shall be lower than the liquid level.

3. Before starting the pump, check whether the oil inlet and outlet and rotation direction are correct. When the pump is newly installed or restarted after stopping for a long time, the air shall be vented at the oil outlet. Start with low pressure (1.5MPa).

4. When the pump is installed above the oil level of the oil tank, the oil suction height shall be ≤ 500mm. It is better to make the oil suction port lower than the oil level of the oil tank. The positive pressure at the suction port shall be ≤ 0.03mpa.

5. Keep the oil clean. The pipeline and oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned. A filter with sufficient capacity shall be installed at the position where the pump suction port is more than 50mm away from the bottom of the oil tank, and the recommended accuracy is 100 μ m。 Fine filter shall be installed in the system, and the recommended value is 25 μ m。 The cleanliness grade of oil shall be within nas12.

6. The operating temperature of the oil shall be controlled within the range of 15 ~ 55 ℃. The oil shall be warmed up when the oil pump is started in severe cold and low temperature. The oil pump shall operate continuously without load after being jogged for several times.

7. Pay attention to the viscosity and oil quality of the oil. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended when the ambient temperature is low.

8. If it is necessary to change the direction of the oil inlet, first withdraw the relevant pump body screws, pay attention not to separate the left and right pump bodies, ensure that the heart part rotates with the oil inlet by a certain angle, and then gradually tighten diagonally.

9. After the whole pump is installed, rotate the pump shaft by hand, which shall be uniform and flexible。
