Why does the vane pump T6DR-038-3L03-C40-A1 sometimes make abnormal noises and sometimes work normally?

1. The fact that the vane hydraulic pump sometimes makes abnormal noises and sometimes does not makes any noises indicates that the pump is not broken, but is caused by poor oil suction. When the oil suction is insufficient, the oil pump will inhale air, and the air will make noises when squeezed by the vane pump, in bursts. Fill the fuel tank with oil and the noise will return to normal.

2. There is another situation like this, that is, the filter at the oil pump suction port is clogged and it will make noise. This is also due to poor oil suction. Clean the filter and the noise will stop.

3. The third situation is that the oil inlet leaks. The oil pump will make noise when it sucks in air, and the hydraulic oil will spill onto the joint. The air inlet on the flange and the pipe will be blocked. This is the leak point. Find the leak point and adjust it so that it stops leaking.

4. If the above three situations cannot be solved, it may be that the hydraulic oil pump is broken and needs to be replaced with a new pump.

In the maintenance of T6DR-038-3L03-C40-A1 single vane pump, external leakage and abnormal heating are two common phenomena. If the vane pump has these two situations, it will cause unnecessary energy waste and damage to the hydraulic system. So when similar situations occur, we should deal with them in time to avoid causing greater damage to the hydraulic system.

Vane pump T6DR-038-3L03-C40-A1 abnormal heating fault analysis:

1. Oil temperature is too high

2. The oil density is too high and the internal leakage is too large

3. Analysis of abnormal heating failure of T6CR series and T6ER series due to excessive working pressure

4. The oil return port is directly connected to the pump inlet

T6DR-038-3L03-C40-A1 vane pump abnormal heating troubleshooting method:

1. Improve the heat dissipation conditions of the fuel tank or use a cooler

2. Choose the right hydraulic oil

3. Reduce the working pressure

4. Connect the oil return port to below the oil tank level

The middle position of the reversing valve in the circuit is O-type, and the hydraulic oil cannot be unloaded. Instead, it returns to the oil tank through the overflow valve at a higher pressure, which also causes the oil temperature in the oil tank to rise. Some reasons for the temperature rise of the hydraulic system are insurmountable, while some reasons can be eliminated. The temperature rise elimination method of this circuit can be started from the following aspects.

① Increase the oil tank capacity and improve the heat dissipation conditions.

② Add a cooler. You can also change the middle position function of the reversing valve to M type.

③ Replace the vane pump with a higher volumetric efficiency.
