Features of PV2R single vane vane pump
PV2R vane pump is mainly for light industrial machinery. It has the characteristics of low noise, low price and low pressure. From the design point of view, this vane pump is the simplest structure design among the four major families of vane pumps in the world. The main performance is , the pressure at the bottom of the "vane" is directly connected to the outlet pressure of the vane pump, without any pressure reduction measures, so that the top force of the "vane" on the "stator" is very strong, pressure * area = thrust, due to the top force of the vane (It can also be called thrust) is too large, so that the inner surface of the stator is worn out early and the service life is reduced. The greater the pressure, the shorter the life of the "stator". Therefore, the maximum rated pressure of the vane pump can only be limited to 17 MPa. In order to overcome the damage caused by the strong thrust of the "blade to" stator, the designer chose r12MV die steel material as the "stator", but this material is quite difficult to process, the material price is also very expensive, and the heat treatment is also relatively complicated. The thickness of the blade that is in close contact with the stator becomes a bottleneck. The thicker the blade, the greater the jacking force, and the thinner the blade, the lower the jacking force, but the lower the rigidity. Therefore, after repeated calculations and selections , the blade is ultra-thin, sacrificing the pressure level in exchange for the service life, but the blade is ultra-thin design, and new problems have arisen. Due to the ultra-thin weight of the blade, the centrifugal force is not enough. When the weather is cold and the oil is sticky, it is difficult to oil becomes a fatal flaw.
The above are the characteristics of the oil research vane pump, but also because of the lack of design, the pressure of the oil pump is not high, and the service life of the oil research pump is reduced due to the lack of design, and the ultra-through oil absorption of the vane is very difficult. Also happens often.
