Working principle of hydraulic proportional valve:
1. Hydraulic proportional valve is composed of electro-mechanical proportional conversion device (proportional electromagnet), hydraulic pilot stage, hydraulic power amplifier stage and detection feedback element.
2.Proportional electromagnet continuously and proportionally converts the input electrical signal into mechanical force and displacement output. After the hydraulic pilot stage receives the mechanical force and displacement, the working valve core generates corresponding displacement, which changes the valve port size and controls the pressure or flow output.
3.If the output power is small, the valve output can directly control the driving actuator, which is a direct-acting electromagnetic proportional valve. If the output power is large and the working condition of large flow rate is required, it is necessary to increase the hydraulic power amplification stage, which is the pilot type two-stage electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
4.The output pressure or flow rate of the proportional valve is proportional to the input electrical signal, and the spool displacement can also be fed back by mechanical, hydraulic or electrical signals to improve the control accuracy of the proportional valve.
