How to check if the sound of the hydraulic system suddenly becomes louder?
After the hydraulic system has been used for a period of time, the noise may become louder. In this case, it is necessary to check first to find out the cause of this problem. Generally speaking, we can check from the following aspects:
1.Preliminarily check the solenoid valve to see if it is stuck. Conventional solenoid valves have a manual button. Use a sharp object (such as a screwdriver) to poke the manual button to see if there is a foreign body sensation.
2.Check whether the hydraulic oil is cloudy or whether the model matches. a. The hydraulic oil will leave deposits after being used for a period of time. If there are too many deposits in the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic oil will be too turbid. We recommend replacing the hydraulic oil in time. b. If the hydraulic oil type is not blended, the concentration will be too high or too low, which will also lead to increased noise.
3.Check whether the hydraulic pressure is sufficient, and the hydraulic oil must be added in time if the hydraulic oil is lower than the scale used by the hydraulic system.
4.Check whether the inlet or outlet connection of the hydraulic oil pump is loose, where loose air will make a lot of noise when it enters.
5.Check whether the filter of the hydraulic oil tank is clean, and the oil return filter only affects the purity of the hydraulic oil. If the oil return filter is too dirty, it will directly lead to the second problem.
There will be a certain sound in the normal operation of the hydraulic system, but this sound is regular and gentle. If the sound becomes different from usual, it is recommended that you check the above.
