How to correctly install and use solenoid valves

Before installation, you should refer to the product's instruction manual to see if it meets your usage requirements.

The pipeline should be flushed before use. If the medium is not clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from interfering with normal operation.

Solenoid valves generally work in one direction and cannot be installed in reverse. The arrow on the valve indicates the movement direction of the fluid in the pipeline and must be consistent.

The solenoid valve is generally installed with the valve body horizontally and the coil vertically upward. Some products can be installed arbitrarily, but when conditions permit, it is best to install it vertically to extend its service life.

When the solenoid valve is re-operated in an icy place, it should be heated or heat preservation measures should be installed.

After the solenoid coil lead wire (connector) is connected, confirm whether it is firm and the contacts of the connected electrical components should not shake. Looseness will cause the solenoid valve to not work.

For solenoid valves that require continuous production work, it is best to use bypass to facilitate maintenance and not affect production.

After being out of service for a long time, the solenoid valve should be drained of condensation for easy use; when disassembling and cleaning, all parts should be put in order and then restored to their original state and installed.
