Since various components and pipelines of the hydraulic station are processed and shipped, various debris such as iron filings, abrasives, dust and other dirt will enter the system before use, so the hydraulic station is used before the first use. The hydraulic engineer suggested that all hydraulic valves, hydraulic oil pumps and hydraulic equipment should be finely cleaned, and the oil pipes should be cleaned by pickling.


Hydraulic jacking device:

1. Oil leakage and oil pressure instability: After long-term use, there will be a large amount of leakage between the oil collection circuits in the safety brake device, as well as between the valve and the oil collection circuit, and the oil pressure will drop so that the valve cannot be released. The screw between them is loose, and the fault can be eliminated by tightening the screw; the reason for the unstable oil pressure is that air is mixed in the hydraulic system, which should be removed, or the current filtering of the coil of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device is not good, and the coil vibrates up and down, causing oil If the voltage is unstable, just install an electrolytic capacitor to strengthen the filter.


2. The oil pressure value cannot be guaranteed: the reason is that there is air suction in the system, there is a lot of foam in the oil in the fuel tank, or there is a large leakage in the overflow valve and electromagnetic reversing valve

The treatment method: check whether the oil suction port of the oil pump is leaking; Whether the pipe joint at the oil pump is tightened; whether the screw of the oil suction filter is tightened; check whether there is air leakage in the pipeline from the oil suction filter to the oil suction port of the oil pump; check whether the screw of the oil pump end cover is tightened; The movement in the body is not flexible, you can hold the spool by hand and grind it back and forth in the body; cleaning the spool of the electromagnetic reversing valve requires flexible movement of the spool in the valve body to ensure that the spool is in place during work.


3. Zero oil pressure: the brake is not released. There is no pressure in the brake system. The reason: the rotation direction of the oil pump is reversed or the oil pump has no output liquid; the overflow valve spool on the electro-hydraulic proportional device is stuck, and the damping hole is blocked; , the oil suction filter is blocked; there is dirt in the pressure valve, and the poppet valve cannot be closed. 

Treatment method: correct the rotation direction of the pump and eliminate the fault of the oil pump; disassemble and clean the overflow valve, and make the valve core move flexibly in the valve body, and blow through the damping hole with compressed air; clean the filter element and check the oil suction pipe Check whether the road is blocked; disassemble the pressure valve, remove the poppet valve core and clean it.


4. Excessive residual pressure: Excessive residual pressure will cause the brake to lose its function. The main reasons are: the distance between the baffle plate on the control rod of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device and the nozzle is too small; the orifice of the relief valve is too large. 

Treatment method: adjust or replace the upper baffle plate of the control rod; replace the throttle hole of the relief valve with a smaller diameter throttle hole.


5. Secondary brake oil pressure holding performance failure: The reasons for the secondary brake oil pressure holding failure are: the large overflow valve on the oil block is stuck with dirt and the valve core is not closed tightly ; The opening of the one-way throttle stop valve is too large, and a large amount of oil leaks out; there is dirt in the electromagnetic reversing valve, and the internal leakage is too large. For this type of failure, first remove the valve core to clean, remove dirt, make the valve core in place, and then adjust the one-way throttle stop valve to make its opening as small as possible to play the role of throttling and replenishing oil.
