    3. The end face of the oil distribution plate on the hydraulic system is not in good contact with the screen inside the shell, and the high and low pressure chambers are colluded. This can directly repair the end face of the oil distribution plate.

    4. The viscosity of the oil is too high, causing the blades of the vane pump to slide inflexibly in the rotor groove. The solution is to change the hydraulic oil, and at the same time adjust various brands of hydraulic oil at any time according to the season and working conditions. The commonly used hydraulic oils are 32# and 64#, depending on the actual situation and season.

    5. The wiring of the motor is reversed, resulting in reverse rotation, just correct the direction.

    6. There are trachoma inside the vane pump, and the high and low pressure chambers are connected. This can be solved by directly replacing the vane pump.
