How to view the complete model number of AR series piston pump
AR16 and AR22 series hydraulic pumps and AR series variable piston pumps adopt a small pump body design and use semi-cylindrical bearings to reduce vibration and noise and achieve compactness.
The main internal parts of the AR series oil pump are the same as those of the A16 and A22 piston pumps, with outstanding reliability. The AR16 is smaller and lighter than the A16.
Take the nameplate model as an example:
Variable pump models of AR16 and AR22 series;
Serial number: "AR16" in the example nameplate indicates the serial number of the piston pump with a displacement of 15.8cm3/rev, and "AR22" indicates the serial number of the piston pump with a displacement of 22.2cm3/rev. (The corresponding geometric displacement and working pressure of different series numbers are shown in the table below)
Serial Number | Geometric Displacement | Fixed Work Stress | Highest Working Pressure |
AR16 | 15.8cm3/rev | 16MPa | 16MPa |
AR22 | 22.2cm3/rev | 16MPa | 16MPa |
Installation form: The installation method of the oil pump is flange installation type "F";
Direction of rotation: Viewed from the direction of the shaft extension end, the rotation direction of this oil pump is clockwise "R";
Control type: This number represents the control type of the oil pump, indicating that the AR series piston pump is a pressure compensation type. "01" is used as the control type.
Pressure adjustment range (MPa): The pressure control methods of this series of oil pumps are divided into two types: "B" and "C" (see the table below for the corresponding range)
Represents letters | Scope |
B | 1.2~7 |
C | 2.0~16 |
Interface position: The AR series oil pump interface directions are divided into two types, namely "S" (side interface) and unmarked (axial interface). The interface position of the oil pump corresponding to the nameplate shown in the picture is the side interface "S";
Axial interface type AR16, AR22 series variable piston pumps;
Side interface type AR16, AR22 series variable piston pump;
Design number: The last number on the nameplate indicates the design number of the oil pump. It has no practical meaning and does not need to be understood.
The above is the meaning of the complete model number of the AR series oil pump. After roughly understanding these contents, you will no longer be in the dark during the purchasing process and have no way to start.
Note: Model representations with different displacement levels and different control methods may be slightly different from this article.
