Interpretation of PV2R series product models

This series of vane pumps are high-pressure, high-performance pumps specially developed for low noise.

In order to cope with a wide range of uses such as injection molding machines, this pump type has an extremely wide flow range of 5.8-237cm³/rev. In addition, the internal parts are composed of screws to form an integral assembly, making it easier to assemble or repair.

Take the hydraulic pump model shown on the nameplate as an example:

Serial number: PV2R1on the nameplate shown in the picture above indicates the serial number of this series of oil pumps (this series of oil pumps also have serial numbers such as PV2R2, PV2R3and PV2R4). Each set of serial numbers has a different displacement range. 

Nominal displacement: "-6" is the nominal displacement code of this series of oil pumps (there are other models corresponding to different displacements, see the table below)

Installation method: The installation types of this series of oil pumps are divided into two types: base installation type "L" and flange installation type "F".

Rotation direction: "R" means that the rotation direction of this series of oil pumps is clockwise when viewed from the direction of the oil pump shaft end; "L" means that when viewed from the direction of the oil pump shaft end, the rotation direction of this series of oil pumps is counterclockwise.

Output port position: "A" means the output port position is above the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end; "B" means the output port position is below the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end; "R" means the output port position is below when viewed from the shaft end. The right side of the oil pump; "L" indicates that the output port is on the left side of the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end.

Suction inlet position: "A" means that the suction inlet position is above the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end; "B" means that the suction inlet position is below the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end; "R" means that the suction inlet position is below when viewed from the shaft end The right side of the oil pump; "L" indicates that the suction inlet is on the left side of the oil pump when viewed from the shaft end.

Design number: The last two-digit code on the nameplate (such as "-43" in the example nameplate above) represents the design number of this series of oil pumps, and no detailed understanding is required.
