Maintenance points of hydraulic oil pump:

1. After the oil pump is bought back, if it is not used in time, the inside should be injected with anti-rust oil, and the exposed surface should be coated with anti-rust grease, and then the oil port dust cover should be covered.

2. When piping, iron filings and residues, especially cloth strips, left in the fuel tank and pipelines will often cause failure of the oil pump and must be removed with care.

3. Keep the oil temperature within 15-60°C, especially avoid high-temperature frontier operation, otherwise the life of the oil pump will be greatly shortened. If necessary, install heating and cooling devices.

4. Keep the normal oil level height. When the capacity of the piping and oil tank is large, although enough oil is put in at first, the oil level will drop when the oil enters the pipeline and oil tank after starting, and the oil filter will be exposed to the oil level. Therefore, oil must be added again, and leakage will occur during use. A liquid level gauge should be installed in the oil tank for frequent observation and oil replenishment.

5. Check the performance of the oil regularly, replace it if it fails to meet the specified requirements, and clean the oil tank.

6. The oil filter should be cleaned frequently for smooth oil absorption.

7. After the oil pump has been working for a period of time, (due to vibration) the mounting screws may become loose. Pay attention to check and tighten them to prevent loosening.

8. The maximum peak value of the hydraulic impact force of the system shall not exceed the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system.
