Low noise: The special internal structure design effectively reduces operating noise and improves the quality of the working environment.
Long life: High-strength materials and precision processing technology are used to ensure the durability and reliability of the pump body and internal parts.
Easy to install and maintain: The pump body structure is reasonably designed, easy to install and disassemble, and is equipped with a fault detection interface to facilitate daily maintenance and fault diagnosis.
3. Installation and commissioning
①Preparation before installation:
Check whether the pump body and accessories are intact, confirm that the installation position meets the design requirements, and prepare the installation tools and lubricating oil.
②Installation steps:
Fix the vane pump body on the mounting base, making sure the mounting surface is flat and free of debris.
Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, paying attention to the oil flow direction and connection tightness.
Connect the motor or drive unit to ensure that the coaxiality error is within the specified range.
Inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil and check whether the oil level is within the normal range.
③Debugging and trial operation:
Start the motor and observe whether the oil pump runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration.
Check whether the oil pressure and flow meet the design requirements and adjust the relevant parameters to the optimal state.
Perform continuous test runs to confirm that the pump performance is stable and reliable.
