The vane pump is an important part of the hydraulic press. A vane pump is a device through which the vanes and pump casing are in contact to force the sucked liquid from where the oil is supplied to where the oil is discharged. In a pressure-limited variable vane pump, when the vane is in the oil pressure area, the bottom of the vane passes through the pressure oil. When the hydraulic press brakes the machine, the vane is in the oil suction area, and the bottom of the vane passes through the suction chamber, so that the basic pressure at the top and bottom of the vane is This avoids the problem of severe wear on the inner surface of the stator in the suction area of the fixed-displacement vane pump. If pressure oil still exists at the bottom of the suction chamber blades, the top of the blades will cause greater friction on the inner surface, thereby weakening the effect of pressure feedback.

The vanes of the vane pump also have an inclination angle, but the inclination direction is opposite to that of the double-acting vane pump. This is because the upper and lower pressures of the vane pump blades are balanced, and the blades mainly rely on the centrifugal inertia of their rotation to move outward. According to mechanical analysis, this inclination reverse is more conducive to the role of the blades in centrifugal inertia.

The pressure-limiting variable vane pump has a complex structure, large external dimensions, relative movement of mechanical parts, large leakage, and the bearings bear unbalanced radial hydraulic pressure. The noise, volumetric efficiency, and mechanical efficiency are all higher than variable vane pumps; however, it can be adjusted according to the load. The pressure automatically adjusts the flow rate, making the use efficiency more reasonable and reducing the heat of the oil.

1. It may be because the axial clearance or radial clearance inside the pump body is too tight;

2. It may be that the concentricity of the gear pump cover plate and the shaft does not comply with the specified size; solution: the cover plate can be replaced to make it concentric with the shaft.

3. It is possible that the concentricity adjustment between the pump and the motor coupling is not in place; solution: you can adjust the concentricity distance between the pump shaft and the motor coupling. The specified distance cannot exceed 0.01mm.

4. It may be due to the failure of the pressure valve; solution: You can replace the pressure valve with a new one.

5. It may be because the vane pump contains some impurities. Solution: You can use a fine silk screen to filter the engine oil and remove some dirt.
