A double pump is composed of two pumps with the same displacement or two different displacements. The two pumps share a suction port and are connected by an intermediate body. Although the double pumps are connected together, the front and rear pumps can be independently set to different pressures. They can supply pressure oil to two different hydraulic systems, or they can be combined into one oil channel. Drive a group of cylinders.
The two pump cores of the double pump are installed back-to-back. The front pump rotates forward and the rear pump rotates reversely. The oil suction part of the intermediate body is the low-pressure area, and the front cover and back cover are the high-pressure area. The internal high-pressure and low-pressure partitions adopt imported high-performance Made of rectangular PTFE material, the low-pressure pump cover is sealed by a rubber O-ring to prevent oil leakage.
The oil inlet and outlet of the double pump can be rotated in four directions according to the customer's needs. If the customer requires it, it can be adjusted according to the customer's direction. Under normal circumstances, the factory setting is the standard direction (the three directions are consistent). If the customer needs to change the direction, Remember to pay attention to the following points:
1. Loosen the screws and push the housing inward to rotate. Do not pull out the housing to affect the positioning of the positioning pin.
2. Check whether the O-ring is in place.
3. The tightening screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly with as much force as possible to prevent oil leakage from the pump cover.
After the oil port is adjusted, if the noise is like an alarm when the pressure is applied. If the sound is particularly loud, it means that the positioning pin has been pulled out and the installation is not in place during rotation. It can be reinstalled. At this time, the pump core must be pulled out and aligned with the positioning pin. Install the pump core into the hole, wipe the end surface of the casing clean, check the O-ring, and tighten the screws.
When installing a double pump for the first time, you must pay attention to the following aspects:
1. Pour a little hydraulic oil into the pump.
2. The oil suction port is leaking.
3. Oil level height and specifications of oil suction filter.
4. Motor rotation direction.
5. Concentricity of motor and pump.
6. Do not smash the coupling when installing the pump to prevent bearing damage.
7. When installing the pump coupling, be sure to leave sufficient axial clearance to prevent axial extrusion.
