T6 series Denison type vane pumps have 3 specifications (C, D and E) shells, and each specification shell can be equipped with a corresponding series of pump core components with different displacements to form a specification series of this type of pump , when the suction port is under the condition of atmospheric pressure and the speed is running, the flow and displacement ranges of each specification series are:

Series C: 10 to 100 ml/rev (3 to 31 gpm at 1200 rpm);

D-Series: 48 to 158 ml/rev (14 to 50 gpm at 1200 rpm);

E-Series: 132 to 227 ml/rev (42 to 72 gpm at 1200 rpm).

Advantages and features:

1.High working pressure-Rated working pressure up to 275 bar, which reduces the size of hydraulic actuators, hydraulic control valves and piping, resulting in lower installation costs. If the working pressure is reduced, the working life can be extended;

2.High Volumetric Efficiency-Typical volumetric efficiency of 0.94 is high even when loaded, resulting in increased productivity, less heat and lower hydraulic equipment operating costs, and allows high speed at full pressure as low as 600 rpm (vehicle pumps can be as low as 400 rpm);

6.Small pressure pulsation-about ±2 bar, which can reduce the noise of the hydraulic pipeline and prolong the service life of other components in the hydraulic circuit;

11.Wide applicability-the installation method complies with the 2-hole flange form specified by SAE J744a and ISO 3019-1, and is equipped with various flat key and spline drive shafts for selection. For vehicle type pumps, there is also a T-shaped drive shaft (according to SAE J718c) option, allowing direct assembly with tractors (speed 540~1000 rpm);

12.Double Shaft Seal Option-Vehicle pumps are available in a double shaft seal version (T6*P models) with a drain port for direct mounting to the gearbox.
