The T6 series vane pump has 3 types of shells (C, D and E). Each shell size can be equipped with a corresponding series of pump core components with different displacements, forming a series of specifications for this type of pump. The suction port is Under atmospheric pressure conditions and running at rotational speed, the flow and displacement ranges of each specification series are:

C Series: 10 to 100 ml/rev (3 to 31 gpm at 1200 rpm);

D Series: 48 to 158 ml/rev (14 to 50 gpm at 1200 rpm);

E Series: 132 to 227 ml/rev (42 to 72 gpm at 1200 rpm).

 

High operating pressure - Rated operating pressure up to 275 bar, allowing the size of hydraulic actuators, hydraulic control valves and piping to be reduced, reducing installation costs. If used with lower working pressure, the working life can be extended;

High volumetric efficiency - Typical volumetric efficiency is 0.94, which has high volumetric efficiency even under loading, thereby increasing productivity, reducing heat generation and lowering operating costs of hydraulic equipment, and allowing higher speeds under full pressure conditions As low as 600 rpm (vehicle pump can be as low as 400 rpm);

High mechanical efficiency - typical value is 0.94, reducing energy loss;

Wide speed range - the speed range is 600 ~ 2800 rpm (vehicle pump is 400 ~ 2800 rpm). Combined with the installation of large displacement pump core components in a small size casing, the working condition can be optimized and noise reduced;

Low speed (600 rpm, 400 rpm for automotive pumps), low pressure and high viscosity (860 cSt, 2000 cSt for automotive pumps) operating capabilities - the T6 series vane pumps can adapt to low temperature conditions, with low power consumption and No risk of jamming;

The pressure pulsation is small - about ±2 bar, which can reduce the noise of the hydraulic pipeline and extend the service life of other components in the hydraulic circuit;

Low noise - improves work safety and increases acceptance.

Strong anti - pollution ability - this series of pumps adopt double-lip structure blades, which have strong anti-pollution ability and long service life;

The optional structural parameters and forms are rich - such as: pump core displacement, transmission shaft form, oil port configuration, etc., making it easy for users to choose according to installation needs;

Mounting versatility - 32 mounting combinations for double vane pumps and up to 128 mounting combinations for triple pumps, reducing costs and increasing performance.

Versatility - Mounting conforms to 2-hole flange formats per SAE J744a and ISO 3019-1, and comes with a variety of keyed and splined drive shaft options. For vehicle-type pumps, there is also a T-shaped drive shaft (complying with SAE J718c) option, allowing it to be directly assembled with the tractor (speed 540 ~ 1000 rpm);

Dual shaft seal option - Automotive pumps have a dual shaft seal version (T6*P type) with a drain port that can be mounted directly to the gearbox
