4. Installation and debugging

Preparation before installation: Make sure the hydraulic system is clean to prevent debris from entering the vane pump. Check that all connecting parts are intact to ensure that no parts are damaged during installation.

Installation steps: Follow the installation sequence in the manual to ensure that all components are installed correctly and securely. Pay special attention to the oil port configuration and the installation of seals to avoid leakage.

Debugging and trial operation: After installation, carry out necessary debugging. Check the operating status and oil level of the vane pump to ensure there is no abnormal noise and vibration. During the trial operation, gradually adjust the working parameters to make the vane pump reach the best working state.

5. Use and Maintenance

Regular inspection: During use, the operating status and oil level of the servo vane pump should be checked regularly. If abnormal noise, vibration or leakage is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection and treatment in time.

Maintenance: Check the pump bearings, seals, couplings and other parts regularly to see if they are normal. If they are worn or damaged, they should be replaced or repaired in time. At the same time, keep the hydraulic system clean and the oil quality good to prevent impurities from entering the vane pump.

Avoid overload operation: During use, pay attention to the flow rate and head of the pump and other parameters to avoid exceeding the rated parameters of the pump, so as to avoid overloading the pump and affecting the service life of the pump.

Long-term storage: For hydraulic vane pumps that are not used for a long time, the internal medium should be drained and properly stored. Avoid storing in humid, corrosive environments to avoid damage to the pump body and components.
