1.Bearing damage of vane pump: When the pump core is seriously damaged and has multiple damages, as long as there is any damage to the bearing, it will be regarded as caused by improper installation. (Because the bearing is damaged first, when the bearing is damaged, the shaft will swing, and other parts will be damaged under high-speed swing).

2.There is rust on the inner shaft of the vane pump: when the pump core is seriously damaged and many places are damaged, only rust exists. All of them are considered to be caused by water ingress in the oil. (Because when the oil is normal, there will never be rust).

3.Poor oil quality: When the pump core is seriously damaged, as long as there is dirt in the oil. Foreign matter or oil discoloration. All regarded as oil dirty, caused by poor oil quality.

4.Fracture of the shaft core of the vane pump: try to check the fracture position. If the material or heat treatment is not good, its damage point should be the weakest link, that is, the smallest flat key or spline. If it is not at the weak point, the fracture should be regarded as It is caused by improper installation and too large deviation with the bearing.

5.When checking the material, the composition and hardness of the material should be checked. At the same time, it is necessary to analyze the sequence and causal relationship of damaged parts, and finally find out the cause.
