The V10 and V20 series hydraulic oil pumps are fixed displacement vane pumps. They are designed for use in a variety of medium and low pressure mobile and industrial applications as pilot and auxiliary pumps in complex systems. Common applications also include: power steering, small presses, forklifts, balers and skid steers.

Dual pumps provide a single power source capable of servicing two independent hydraulic circuits, or providing a larger combined delivery of both sections. In either case, two pumps in a compact single housing can be driven via a coupling.

Features of the V10 and V20 Series pump range include:

Pressure-balanced, modular design reduces noise, extends service life and improves maintainability;

The wide range of available displacements allows for a wider range of applications;

Integrated flow control valves are available to simplify system design and installation;

12 The blade system and internal blade design reduce flow pulsation and noise;

Suitable for use with oil or synthetic refractory fluids;

Shaft rotates clockwise or counterclockwise;

SAE 2-bolt mounting flange comes standard;

Optional foot mounting bracket.

Single pump model codes are prefixed with "V10" and "V20" while dual pump model codes begin with "V2010" and "V2020".

V&VQ series single and double pumps are available for:

Without integrated valve: V10 | V20 | V2010 | V2020

Flow control and pressure relief: V10F | V20F | V2010F | V2020F

Priority control and mitigation: V10P | V20P | V2010P | V2020P

Single V10 pumps are available in displacements: 3.3 | 6.6 | 9.8 | 13.1 | 16.4 | 19.5 | 22.8 ml/rev. Maximum pressure 172 bar / 2500 psi.

Likewise, the single V20 pump is available in displacements: 19.5 | 22.8 | 26.6 | 29.7 | 36.4 | 39 | 42.5 cc/rev, with a maximum pressure of 172 bar / 2500 psi.

V10, V20, V2010 and V2020 series quantitative pumps adopt the V&VQ series "balanced vane" structure. V10 and V20 single pumps are rated for flow rates from 1 to 7 USgpm and 6 to 13 USgpm respectively.

Dual pumps provide a single power source capable of servicing two independent hydraulic circuits, or delivering greater capacity through combined delivery of both sections. In either type of application, two pumps in a single housing allow for a more compact, simpler installation and can be driven from a single coupling

Advantages of V&VQ series vane pumps:

These pumps are common in most industrial manufacturing applications because of their huge benefits to hydraulic systems.

Low noise, long life, easy maintenance, maintainability, wide range of applications, strong flow pulsations of common system noise, compact installation.

V&VQ series vane pump applications:

V&VQ series vane pumps are popular in applications such as plastic injection molding, presses, material handling machines, industrial power units, high-altitude cantilevers, and more.

On the other hand, V10, 20 series vane pumps are popular in power plants, power steering, skid steers, forklifts, balers, etc.
