3. Installation Instructions
1. Preparation before installation
Ensure that the installation environment is dry, clean, and free of oil and impurities.
Check whether the pump body and parts are intact and free of damage and cracks.
Prepare necessary installation tools and materials, such as bolts, nuts, gaskets, etc.
2. Installation steps
Positioning: Place the hydraulic pump in the predetermined installation position, ensure that the pump shaft is horizontal and the inlet and outlet directions are consistent with the pipeline layout.
Connection: Use bolts and nuts to firmly connect the hydraulic pump to pipes, motors and other components. Pay attention to check the sealing of the connection to prevent leakage.
Debugging: After installation, carry out debugging. Start the motor and check whether the pump rotates in the correct direction and whether there are any abnormal sounds and vibrations.
Inspection: During the commissioning process, check the oil temperature and pressure of the pump to ensure that they are within the normal range. If any abnormality is found, stop the pump immediately for inspection.
3. Notes
During the installation process, relevant safety operating procedures should be followed to ensure personal and equipment safety.
The pump body and its parts should be handled with care during installation and disassembly to avoid damage.
When replacing pump parts, use parts of the same specification and quality as the original ones.
