Variable volume piston pump deflation steps:

(1) Let’s take a look at the deflation process of the variable capacity piston pump. First, fill the specified amount of hydraulic oil into the tank. Of course, during the entire replacement process, care must be taken to avoid dusty environments and the machine must Park on flat ground.

(2) Then remove the hydraulic oil tank cover.

(3) Properly install the bleed hose at the bleed valve, and then loosen the bleed valve 1/2 turn. (Hose inner diameter: 5 mm) Note: The sealing surface of the air release valve is at the top, so you only need to loosen the air release valve during operation. It is very simple and easy to operate.

(4) Confirm that air is completely discharged from the air bleed valve.

(5) Tighten the air release valve, remove the air release hose, and cover the air release valve. Note: The width across flats of the air release valve is 10 mm; tightening torque: 4.9~6.9 N·m (0.5~0.7 kgf·m)
