What are the reasons for the wear of T6 series vane pumps?

T6 series vane pumps have the advantages of large flow, small pulsation and low noise, and are widely used in production. The failures that often occur in the use of T6 series vane pumps are: the actual output pressure decreases, the internal leakage of the vane pump increases, the volumetric efficiency decreases, and the temperature of the pump increases.

The main reason is that the hydraulic oil has a high content of impurities, especially hard particles such as cuttings, sand, abrasives, etc.; the hydraulic oil cannot be completely cooled after long-term continuous work, or other reasons lead to abnormal wear of the variable vane pump.

The wear of T6 series vane pumps often occurs in:

(1) The inner curved surface of the stator;

(2) The inner surface of the oil distribution plate;

(3) Both sides of the rotor;

For the T6 series double vane pump, these wears mainly occur on the high pressure pump. For general wear and tear, there is no need to replace the new vane pump, as long as the worn parts are repaired, they can work as before.
