What are the technical requirements for vane pump installation?

1. The coaxiality error of the two axes of the rigid coupling is ≤0.05mm; the coaxiality error of the two axes of the elastic coupling is ≤0.1mm; the angle error of the two axes is <10; the drive shaft and the pump end should maintain 5~10mm distance. For vane pumps, it is generally required that the non-axiality should not be greater than 0.1mm, and a flexible connection should be used with the motor.

2. The filter at the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump should be determined according to the accuracy requirements of the equipment. To avoid pump evacuation, the use of precision filters is strictly prohibited. For vane pumps, the cleanliness of the oil should reach the national standard level 16/19, and the accuracy of the filters used is mostly 25 to 30 μm. The correct selection and installation of the suction port filter will significantly reduce hydraulic failures and greatly extend the service life of each component.

3. The installation height of the oil inlet pipe shall not be greater than 0.5m. The oil inlet pipe must be cleaned and tightly coupled with the oil pump inlet. If necessary, sealant can be added to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system.

4. There should not be too many elbows in the oil inlet pipe. There should be a filter connected to the oil inlet pipe mouth. The filter is not allowed to leak out of the oil level in the tank. When the pump is running normally, the oil level should be at least 100mm away from the top surface of the filter to prevent air from entering. The effective oil flow area of the filter is generally not less than 50 times the cross-sectional area of the oil pipe at the pump inlet, and the filter It should be cleaned frequently to avoid clogging.

5. The diameter of the suction pipe, pressure pipe and oil return pipe should not be less than the specified value.

6. In order to prevent the vibration and noise of the pump from being transmitted to the system along the pipeline and causing vibration and noise, a section of hose can be installed at the suction inlet and pressure outlet of the pump, but the pressure outlet hose should be installed vertically, and the length should not exceed 400~600mm. , The suction hose must have a certain strength to avoid flattening due to the vacuum in the tube.
