(1) The screws at the top cover are loose, the axial gap increases, and the volumetric efficiency decreases:

The solution is to check the leakage component by component and check whether the pressure gauge is blocked by dirt;

(3) Individual blades are not flexible in sliding:

The solution is to clean it. If it is still inflexible after cleaning, it should be deployed in a single tank to make the blade;

(4) The end face of the valve plate is severely worn:

(5) The inner surface of the stator is worn, and the blades cannot make good contact with the inner surface of the stator:

The solution is that the inner surface wear of the stator is generally at the oil suction chamber;

(6) The blades and the rotor are installed backwards:

The solution is to make the blade inclination direction consistent with the rotation direction of the rotor.
