Usually, the setting pressure of the relief valve is 10~20% higher than the maximum working pressure of the system.

3. Used as an unloading valve

The pilot relief valve is used in conjunction with the two-position two-way solenoid valve to unload the system.

4. Used as a valve for remote control and pressure regulation

Use pipes to connect the remote control port of the overflow valve to the inlet of the remote control valve that is easy to adjust, so as to achieve the purpose of remote control.

5. For high and low pressure multi-level control

Use a reversing valve to connect the remote control port of the overflow valve with several remote pressure regulators to realize high and low multi-level control.

6. Used as a sequence valve

Change the oil return port of the pilot relief valve to the outlet of the output pressure oil, and block the original oil return channel after the pressure pushes the cone valve open, so that the reworked oil drain port flows back to the oil tank, so that it can Used as a sequence valve.

7. Used to generate back pressure

Connecting the overflow valve in series on the oil return line can generate back pressure to balance the movement of the actuator. At this time, the setting pressure of the relief valve is low, and generally a direct-acting low-pressure relief valve is sufficient.
