1. If the rotation direction of the vane pump is changed, its suction and discharge direction will also change. The rotation direction required by the vane pump is not allowed to reverse. Because the turning leaf groove is skewed, the blade has rounded corners, the bottom of the blade is connected to the oil discharge cavity, and the throttle valve groove and suction and sewage outlets on the oil baffle are designed according to the specific rotation. Large reversible vane pumps must be specially designed.

2. The oil baffle plate of the vane pump assembly line and the positioning pin of the motor stator are properly and precisely positioned. The vane, the motor rotor, and the oil baffle plate cannot be reversed. A part of the suction area on the inner surface of the motor stator is easily damaged. It can be rotated and installed if necessary. Its original suction area becomes the discharge area and is used again.

3. When disassembling, pay attention to surface cleaning during work, and the hydraulic oil should be well filtered during work.

4. If the gap between the blades in the blade groove is too large, the leakage will increase, and if it is too small, the blades cannot be stretched freely, which will cause work disturbance.

2) Small and medium pumps - 0.02 to 0.04 mm

6. The temperature and viscosity of hydraulic oil should generally not exceed 55°C, and the viscosity should be between 17 and 37mm2/s. If the viscosity is high, it will be difficult to remove oil; if the viscosity is small, the leakage will be serious.
