1. Due to the long-time work and vibration of the oil pump, the screws on the top cover of the pump are loosened, the axial clearance increases, and the volumetric efficiency decreases.

Solution: Properly tighten the screws to ensure that the gap is even and appropriate.

2. The hydraulic system leaks a lot.

Solution: Check for leaks one by one, and check whether the pressure gauge is blocked by dirt.

3. The sliding of individual blades is not flexible.

Solution: Clean the blade, if it is still inflexible after cleaning, it should be deployed in a single tank.

4. The end face of the valve plate is severely worn.

Solution: replace.

5. The inner surface of the stator is worn, and the blades cannot be in good contact with the inner surface of the stator.

Solution: The wear on the inner surface of the stator is generally at the oil suction cavity, replace the worn stator.

6. The blades and rotors are reversed.

Solution: Make the direction of blade inclination consistent with the direction of rotation of the rotor.

7. The speed does not reach the rated speed

Solution: select the motor speed according to the rated speed specified in the manual.

8. Suction pipe leaks.

Solution: Check the joints of the oil suction pipe one by one by applying butter. If the noise is reduced, the joints should be tightened. Or directly observe whether there are air bubbles at the oil return port.

1. The oil level in the fuel tank is too low.

Solution: replenish the oil to above the minimum oil mark.

2. The inlet filter is clogged or the flow rate is too small.

Solution: Clean the filter or choose a filter with a flow rate that is more than twice the pump flow rate.

3. The end surface of the oil distribution plate is in poor contact with the screen inside the casing, and the high and low pressure chambers are connected.

Solution: Repair the end face of the oil distribution pan.

4. The viscosity of the oil is too high, making it difficult for the blades to slide smoothly in the rotor groove.

Solution: generally use 20# hydraulic oil or 22# turbine oil.

5. The direction of the electric motor is reversed.

Solution: Correct the direction.

6. There are sand holes inside the pump body, and the high and low pressure chambers are connected.

Solution: replace.
