1. Pay attention to the operating conditions of the new A&AR series piston pump within three months of operation: During the operation of the new machine, the operating conditions should be checked, such as maintenance of machine parts, whether the screws are loose, and whether the oil temperature has increased abnormally. High, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, check whether the usage conditions meet the regulations, etc.
2. Pay attention to the discovery of abnormal phenomena at any time: abnormal sounds, vibrations or abnormal signals in the monitoring system must have their causes. When an abnormal phenomenon is discovered, immediately find the circuit diagram, search according to the diagram, and carefully observe whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a temporary error. . Evaluate whether parking is required. Pressure, load, temperature, time, starting and stopping all contain possible causes of abnormal phenomena. It should be analyzed and discussed item by item at ordinary times.
3. Do not add load immediately after starting the A&AR series piston pump: it must be idling for a period of time without load (about 10 to 30 minutes), especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through a warm-up process to allow the hydraulic circuit to circulate normally again. Add load and confirm operating conditions.
4. Observe changes in oil temperature: Pay attention to the changes in the highest and lowest oil temperatures, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external ambient temperature. Only in this way can you know whether the capacity of the cooler and the capacity of the oil storage tank cooperate with the surrounding conditions and usage conditions, and have a positive impact on cooling. System troubleshooting is also traceable.
5. Pay attention to the noise of the pump: the new oil-based piston pump has less initial wear and is easily affected by bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or overloading under operating conditions will cause adverse consequences and abnormal effects.
6. Pay attention to check the display value of the gauge: Observe the pressure gauge display value of the hydraulic circuit, pressure switch light and other vibration conditions and stability at any time, so as to find out as early as possible whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning normally.
7. Pay attention to the operation of the machine (for modified pumps): Improper hydraulic circuit design or poorly manufactured components are not easy to find in the initial use stage, so special attention should be paid to the operation status under various usage conditions.
8. Pay attention to the adjustments within each valve: Fully understand the use of pressure control valves,flow control valves and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits. Otherwise, adjustment errors will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
9. Pay attention to the leakage in the piping of the A&AR series piston pump: whether the piping of the hydraulic device is good or not can be seen after running for a period of time. Check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.
