The structural design of the double-acting vane pump adopts a 180-degree symmetrical design on the center of a 360-degree circle, that is, the two oil suction chambers are 180-degree symmetrical and the two oil outlet chambers are 180-degree symmetrical. The advantage of this design is that the pump shaft is There is no radial force when transmitting torque, and the force value is almost zero. For this reason, the bearing selected for the pump shaft of the double-acting vane pump can use the simplest ball bearing, which can not only reduce mechanical noise but also reduce rotation resistance. Moreover, it can achieve relatively high ideal values in terms of pressure resistance and service life.
