Why does the hydraulic oil pump produce abnormal noise? It's all these places that have gone wrong!
When the hydraulic oil pump makes abnormal noise, it means that some parts are damaged or improperly adjusted. So how can we find out the cause of the oil pump failure?
1.There is air in the hydraulic oil pump. This failure usually occurs when a new pump is installed. When a new pump is started, oil should be added to the pump to lubricate the pump's bearings, plunger and cylinder. Treatment: When the pump is running, open the oil pump filler, so that the air in the pump can be discharged from the filler.
2.The oil level of the oil tank of the hydraulic system is too low, and the oil suction resistance of the pump increases due to the blockage of the oil suction pipe, resulting in the pump sucking air or air leakage in the oil inlet pipe section, and the pump inhales air. Treatment method: Add enough oil as required; Clean the filter and dredge the air inlet pipeline; Check and tighten the connecting screws of the oil inlet pipe section.
3. Improper installation of hydraulic oil pump and motor, that is to say, the concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft is inconsistent, which makes the oil pump bearing suffer from radial force to generate noise. Treatment: Check and adjust the concentricity of oil pump and motor installation.
4.The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too high, which reduces the self-priming ability and volumetric efficiency of hydraulic oil pump. Treatment: Choose hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity, and turn on the heating if the oil temperature is too low.
