Why does the V&VQ series vane pump use a pump core component in its structure? What is the purpose of adoption?
Why do V&VQ series hydraulic vane pumps use pump core components, and what is the purpose of using them? Next, a Chinese hydraulic pump and valve manufacturer will explain it to you.
1. The pump core assembly contains all parts of the pumping mechanism, consisting of the rotor, vane, stator and oil distribution plate with waist-shaped oil inlet and outlet.
2. The vane are installed in the rotor. When the rotor is rotated by the prime mover, the vane are thrown out under the action of centrifugal force and move along the inner curved surface of the stator, maintaining contact with the inner surface of the stator. Between the top of the blade and the stator Form a reliable seal between them.
3. The rotor and stator are installed eccentrically. When the rotor rotates, the volume increases and decreases between the stator and the vane.
4. There is an oil port in the stator, and the oil distribution plate is used to separate the oil inlet chamber and the oil outlet chamber. The oil distribution plate is installed on the side of the stator, rotor and blade assembly. Its oil suction port is located at the part where the volume increases, and the oil outlet is located at the part where the volume decreases. All oil enters and exits the pumping mechanism through the oil distribution plate.
5. Of course, the oil suction port and oil outlet of the oil distribution plate are connected to the oil suction port and oil outlet in the pump housing respectively.
