2. PV2R1-8-F-RAA-41 Installation Instructions
①Pre-installation preparation
Ensure the installation environment is clean and tidy to prevent dust and impurities from contaminating the hydraulic system.
Check that all parts of the vane pump are intact, including flanges, seals, etc., to ensure that there is no damage or wear.
②Determine the installation location
Determine the installation location of the pump based on the equipment layout and hydraulic system requirements. Make sure the pump is installed in a location that is convenient for maintenance and overhaul.
③Connecting oil pipe
Use clean oil pipes and ensure the cleanliness and tightness of the oil pipe joints.
According to the direction of the oil discharge port and oil suction port of the pump, correctly connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe.
When tightening the oil pipe joints, be sure to use appropriate torque to avoid over-tightening that may cause damage or leakage to the oil pipe.
④Mounting flange
Fit the flange of the hydraulic pump tightly against the connection surface of the equipment, and ensure that the flange surface is flat and clean.
Use bolts to fasten the flange to the equipment, paying attention to the tightening sequence and torque of the bolts to ensure a tight connection without leakage.
⑤Inspection and adjustment
After installation, carefully check the connections of the pump body, oil pipes and other components to ensure there is no leakage or looseness.
According to the equipment requirements, adjust the installation angle and position of the pump to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
⑥Startup and debugging
Before starting the hydraulic oil pump, make sure the rest of the hydraulic system is also properly installed and connected.
After starting the pump, observe its operation to ensure there are no abnormal sounds or vibrations.
Gradually load the hydraulic system and check whether the pressure and flow of the pump meet the design requirements.
⑦Maintenance and care
Regularly check the operation of the pump, including pressure stability, flow uniformity, etc.
If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
Regularly replace worn parts and hydraulic oil to maintain the cleanliness and stability of the hydraulic system.
