Causes and treatment methods of failure of V&VQ series vane pump of injection molding machine
1. The most common causes and troubleshooting of V&VQ series hydraulic pumps of injection molding machines:
(1)Cause of failure: wrong rotation direction (forward, counterclockwise); solution: stop immediately and correct the rotation direction of the motor.
(2)Cause of failure: The pump does not rotate; Solution: Check whether the motor power supply is powered on, and confirm whether the coupling or key is damaged.
(3)Cause of failure: The pump shaft is broken and the rotor does not rotate; Solution: Repair the pump and confirm whether the motor rotation speed is too high and whether the axis is aligned with the center.
(4)Cause of failure: The suction pipe is blocked; Solution: Check the suction pipe.
(5)Cause of failure: The suction oil filter is blocked; Solution: Clean the suction oil filter.
(6)Cause of failure: Insufficient flow rate through the fuel tank filter; Solution: Replace with a larger suction filter screen to ensure at least 2.2 times the flow rate of the hydraulic oil pump per minute.

(1)Cause of failure: The viscosity of the oil is too high; Solution: Replace the oil with the specified viscosity
(2)Cause of failure: insufficient number of rotations; solution: select the motor rotation speed according to the minimum rotation speed specified by the pump.
(3)Cause of failure: The suction pipe is not airtight enough; Solution: Check the suction pipe.
(4)Cause of failure: The fuel tank filter is above the oil level; Solution: Add oil to the reference point above the oil level gauge.
(5)Cause of failure: The blade cannot slide out of the rotor groove; Solution: Repair the pump.
