V&VQ Series Pump Core Replacement Operation Guide
1. When replacing the pump core, first check whether the positioning hole in the pump casing is deformed, and whether the mating part of the outer shaft spline and the inner spline of the pump core is worn and deformed. If the positioning hole is deformed or the shaft key is worn, it is recommended that the user replace the entire pump.
2. Check whether the shaft seal (skeleton oil seal) is aged and deformed, and whether the bearing is worn and loose (it is recommended to replace the shaft seal and bearing with a new one). Be careful when replacing it. It is recommended to use one with the same outer diameter as the shaft seal (for shaft seal) and a slightly smaller outer diameter. A flat hard object that is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing and slightly larger than the outer diameter of the pump shaft (for bearings) will be sent to a fixed position to prevent the shaft seal from deforming and damaging the bearing.
3. Check the models of the old and new pump cores and whether the working directions are consistent. Install after confirmation. Before installation, clean the inner wall of the pump casing, add lubricating oil and then install the pump core. If the pump core does not fit smoothly during installation, check it. Check whether the stator of the pump core and the oil distribution plate are concentric. Adjust the concentricity before installation. After installation, confirm whether the positioning pin of the pump core is fixed on the positioning hole of the pump shell, and check whether the sealing ring is complete and flat. To prevent the seal from trimming, tighten the connecting screws of the pump housing evenly and gradually across the corners.
4. When adjusting the direction of the oil inlet and outlet of the oil pump, just unscrew the fixing screw of the pump casing, rotate the upper pump casing, rotate the guide to the required position, and then tighten the screw; do not pull up the pump core to avoid the positioning pin of the pump core and the The positioning holes of the pump casing are misaligned or the sealing rings at the connection between the upper and lower pump casings are misaligned.
5. When installing the oil pump, first check whether the sealing ring of the oil pump inlet and outlet flange and all pipelines are aging and deformed (it is best to replace them with new ones). At the same time, the dirt on the inner wall of the oil inlet pipeline should be cleaned, and the connections of the oil inlet pipeline should be checked. sealing performance.
6. Check whether the shaft and bearings of the motor are deformed and worn. If the shaft swings, confirm whether it is shaft deformation or bearing wear to prevent motor problems from affecting the service life of the pump.
7. Check whether the coupling is worn and deformed, and whether the pump shaft is concentric with the motor shaft after the oil pump is installed. The simple method is to turn the coupling by hand (if using a plug-in motor, you can turn the cooling fan at the rear of the motor by hand) to check the rotation speed. It feels even and flexible.
8. Before starting the motor, check whether the hydraulic oil in the tank is clean enough and whether the filter is deformed and clean. It is recommended to clean the tank thoroughly and replace it with new hydraulic oil and filter that meet the standards. To prevent pump burning, be sure to clean the pump before starting. Fill the body with hydraulic oil; loosen the exhaust valve at the oil pump outlet (if there is no exhaust valve, loosen the joint at the oil pump outlet slightly) to eliminate the air in the pump body and pipes, and when no-load Carry out inching start, and then tighten the exhaust valve or oil outlet joint after the operation is normal (when no bubbles appear).
9. During the operation of the oil pump, you should pay attention to whether the oil level, oil temperature, operating pressure, etc. meet the usage requirements. The oil level after normal operation should generally be more than 50mm higher than the top of the filter. Otherwise, the oil pump will easily suck air and produce noise. It is best to control the oil temperature below 60 degrees Celsius to prevent the oil temperature from being too high and destroying the protective oil film formed by the friction surface.
