Causes of T6 Series Vane Pump Bearing Damage

2022-12-20

1. The output shaft of the installed T6 series vane pump is not concentric with the output shaft of the motor (the output shaft of the motor is deformed, the coupling is not concentric, the positioning gap of the vane pump is too large, which fixing screw is not tightened, etc.) or mutual When the T6 series vane pump is working, the radial force is too large or jumps (irregular operation) to damage the bearing and shaft seal. If it is not handled in time, the pump core parts will be worn and scrapped.

2. The motor bearing is worn out. This phenomenon cannot be judged when the vane pump has no load. It is normal when it is no-load. When working, the output shaft of the motor swings due to the gap, which drives the output shaft of the vane pump to swing and damages the bearing and shaft seal.

3. Improper assembly, because the T6 series vane pump is running at high speed, if it is installed improperly (not in place or the shaft package is off), it will easily cause damage.

4. Pressure oscillation means that when the T6 series vane pump is working, the system pressure is unstable. As long as the oil pump has no abnormal noise in this phenomenon, it should be the problem of the total pressure valve (relief valve), and the valve of the total pressure valve should be checked. Whether the core is worn and whether the damping is blocked by foreign matter; if the pressure swings due to the wear of the pump core parts, there will be abnormal noise when the oil pump is working.

5. The pressure drop of the system means that the T6 series vane pump can reach the predetermined pressure when it works, and the pressure will gradually drop during the work, resulting in the failure of the system to work normally. If this phenomenon occurs in the newly installed pump, it should be caused by the leakage of the control valve of the system or the oil temperature is too high. If the above problem occurs after a period of use, check whether the upper and lower oil distribution plates are worn (very flat) wear), if the gap between the upper and lower oil distribution plates is too large, and the oil temperature is too high (it cannot form a mucous membrane to seal the oil), the leakage of the control valve will cause the pressure of the copper to drop.

6. No pressure means that the system has no pressure when the vane pump is working. First, check whether there is hydraulic oil discharged. If not, check whether the working direction of the oil pump is correct, and whether the coupling between the motor and the T6 series vane pump is connected. Normal operation; check whether the pump core rotor and blades are burnt and can not be thrown out to work normally, loosen the oil outlet joint to see if there is any hydraulic pressure coming out, if there is, it proves that the pump is basically fine, the problem should be the control The sub-red valve leaks, and the total pressure valve (relief valve) fails.

7. The reason for the high oil temperature of the system should be that the pipeline of the system is too small, the pressure is too high, the hydraulic oil cannot be removed in time, and the cooling system does not meet the requirements, which leads to the phenomenon of oil trapping in the vane pump, which is reflected in the excessive oil temperature of the pump body and the system. High, increase the system pipeline according to the actual situation, or reduce the displacement of the pump (replace the pump core with a small displacement, adjust the cooling system to increase the cooling effect).
