1. When the gear oil pump tightens the end face bolts, the force of the gear pump should be symmetrical and even, and the rotor should be rotated while tightening. In case of jamming, the gear pump should loosen the bolts and tighten them again;

2. The connection between the driving shaft of the electric pump and the motor shaft adopts elastic coupling or chain coupling;

3. The drive shaft of the gear oil pump cannot bear any radial and vertical force, and the use of lateral drive methods such as belts, chains, and gears is prohibited;

4. The strength of the bottom plate should be enough, don’t wait for a long time, the bottom plate of the pump will be soft, causing the motor and the pump to be out of alignment, and damage the pump;

5. Find out the maximum allowable speed of the pump. And the maximum speed of field work;

6. Be sure to let the fluid enter the inlet, try not to run dry and idle;

7. The inlet and outlet of the gear oil pump should not be reversed, This will cause the pump to fail to discharge.

The gear oil pump should be inspected and maintained frequently during use: often inspected and maintained, the power cord must be checked: whether the internal wiring, plug, switch are in good condition, whether the insulation resistance is normal, whether the brush tail seat is loose, and the commutator and the brush are in good contact , Whether the armature winding stage expands the stator winding, whether there is a suitable short circuit phenomenon, whether the bearing and rotating parts are damaged, etc.
