Main features of proportional control directional valve:

3.The valve body adopts casting inner channel with strong flow capacity, and it adopts bottom plate installation. The connection size conforms to ISO 4401 and is the same as the bottom plate of electromagnetic reversing valve. It has good versatility and can be used in hydraulic systems to control the direction and flow of fluid.

Proportional control directional valve control function:

1.When the proportional solenoid (5) (6) is de-energized, the control spool (2) is kept in the center position by the return spring (3) (4).

2.When the proportional solenoid (5) is energized, the solenoid push rod directly pushes the control spool (2) to move the valve to the right; the displacement of the spool is proportional to the electrical input signal, and the throttle groove between the spool and the valve body is gradually opened to make P →B and A→T are connected to form a progressive flow characteristic.

3.When the proportional solenoid (5) is de-energized, the control spool (2) returns to the center position under the action of the return spring (4).
