Hydraulic oil pump flow is unstable, these 10 solutions can help you

Common problems with unstable flow of hydraulic oil pumps are caused by the following common reasons:

①The flow control device of the hydraulic oil pump adjusts the pressure of the hydraulic oil pump too low. This can be done by directly adjusting the flow control device of the hydraulic oil pump to increase the pressure of the hydraulic oil pump.

②The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve in the hydraulic oil pump that controls the flow of the hydraulic oil pump is adjusted too low. Simply increase the pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve in the hydraulic oil pump that controls the flow of the hydraulic oil pump.

③The bypass control valve in the hydraulic oil pump is not closed tightly. Either replace the valve or check the flow control circuit of the hydraulic oil pump.

④The model and motor speed of the hydraulic oil pump are incorrect. Replace it with a hydraulic oil pump that can reach the flow rate and a motor that can reach the speed.

⑤The electromagnet of the reversing valve installed on the hydraulic oil pump is loose and the coil is short-circuited. This can directly replace the reversing valve, or take it for repair.

⑥The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil pump is contaminated and the valve core is stuck. Replace all hydraulic oil with clean, uncontaminated hydraulic oil. At the same time, the stuck valve can only be replaced or repaired.

In addition, throttle valve failure will also cause unstable flow:

①The constant pressure difference pressure reducing valve is inflexible in movement and cannot play a pressure feedback role. It stabilizes the pressure difference before and after the throttle valve to a certain value. Perform deburring cleaning and accuracy inspection. Pay special attention to the size of the pressure reducing valve core. Whether the heads are concentric. Defective ones will be repaired and replaced.

②If the pressure reducing valve core and the pressure feedback hole on the valve cover of the speed control valve are blocked, you can generally use a fine steel wire to pass through the one-way valve sleeve and the feedback hole on the valve core, or blow through with compressed air.

③If the spring of the pressure reducing valve is missing, or the spring is broken or installed incorrectly, it can be reinstalled or replaced.

④The internal and external leakage of the speed control valve is large, resulting in unstable flow and the leakage should be controlled.

⑤The oil inlet and outlet ports are connected reversely, making the speed control valve act like a normal throttle valve without pressure feedback compensation.
