4) Be sure to check the flow rate of the hydraulic oil at the oil suction port and the oil outlet of the vane pump. The diameter of the pipe joint has a direct impact on the flow rate. The flow rate at the oil suction port cannot exceed 1.9m/s, and the flow rate at the oil outlet cannot exceed 6m /s. If you find that there is an excess, you need to adjust the pipeline

5) Pay attention to the relationship between the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and the temperature. Sometimes a slight change in temperature will greatly change the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, which may affect the lubrication of the parts. Therefore, measures must be taken to ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic oil is within the allowable operating temperature range within

6) Determine whether the selected hydraulic oil is suitable for the application conditions. The viscosity index, annual grade, operating environment, operating temperature range, filterability, thermal stability, etc. of the hydraulic oil are all factors that need to be considered

7) When designing the system, it is necessary to consider the ratio of the maximum flow rate to the fuel tank capacity and the heat dissipation of the fuel tank. Generally, the fuel tank capacity can be 3 to 5 times the maximum flow rate

8) When installing the vane pump, it is necessary to ensure the alignment of the prime mover (motor) output shaft and the pump drive shaft to avoid additional load and failure of mechanical parts

9) When the vane pump is used in high-speed pressure cycle equipment, in order to avoid the occurrence of cavitation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pressure increase or decrease gradient. For mineral oil, the pressure increase gradient is not greater than 5000Bar/s, and the pressure drop gradient is not greater than 6000Bar/s .
