T6 series vane pump can not discharge oil
What is the reason why the T6 series vane pump cannot discharge oil, and how to deal with the problem.
(1) If the direction of rotation is wrong (forward and counterclockwise), stop immediately and correct the direction of rotation of the motor.
(2) Whether the power supply of the vane pump is not rotating, whether the power supply of the motor is energized, whether the coupling or the construction is damaged, and the rotor does not rotate
(3) The shaft of the vane pump is broken, and the pump must be repaired in time to confirm whether the motor's rotation speed is too high and whether the shaft center is counter-rotating.
(4) The suction pipe is blocked and check the suction pipe
(5) Suction the oil filter to block and clean the oil filter
(6) The viscosity of the oil is too high to replace the specified oil viscosity
(7) The rotation speed is not enough. Reduce the rotation speed according to the pump regulations. Select the motor and choose the appropriate motor rotation speed.
(8) The airtightness of the suction pipe is not enough Check the suction pipe
(9) The fuel tank filter is refueled at the oil level IQ to the reference point above the oil level
(10) The blades cannot slide out of the rotor groove, the pump should be stopped in time and then repaired
