When most users use T6 series vane pumps for a long time, there will be more or less problems. One of the problems is that the T6 series vane pumps have no pressure.

1. The liquid level in the oil tank is too low, so that the oil inlet pipe of the vane pump is exposed to the oil surface and cannot absorb oil. Just add oil to the position required by the oil mark.

2. The blockage of the oil inlet filter of the vane pump is mostly caused by the oil being polluted. The oil filter should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or gasoline to ensure smooth flow of oil.

3. The viscosity of the oil is too high, and the resistance of the blade telescopic movement is too large, which cannot be fully extended to contact the inner surface of the stator, resulting in leakage. The oil with a suitable viscosity should be replaced, or heating measures should be taken to increase the oil volume appropriately.

4. The steering of the motor is opposite to the specified steering of the vane pump shaft, and the oil discharge port of the pump becomes the oil suction port. The wiring of the motor should be corrected to change the rotation direction of the motor.

5. The outer end face of the oil distribution plate is in poor contact with the inner surface of the vane pump, so that the suction and discharge windows communicate through the plane gap. The plane of Liu Pan and the pump body should be ground, or the parts should be replaced.

6. Because the vane pump has been placed for too long, oil pollution, return into the pump, causing the vane to get stuck, or due to the tight fit between the vane and the groove, in this case, the pump should be disassembled and cleaned, reinstalled for debugging or grinding the vane, To ensure the flexible operation of the blades.

7. There are sand holes or cracks inside the pump body of the vane pump, which is suction. If the pressure cavity is in communication, the pump body must be replaced with a new one.
