The most complete application data of V/VQ series vane pumps
Application of V/VQ series vane pump
Characteristics of V/VQ series vane pump
minimum speed
Under the above-mentioned hydraulic oil standard, the recommended minimum starting speed is generally 600 r/min. However, the specifications, system characteristics and environmental conditions of the V/VQ series vane pump can increase or decrease this speed, and the pump can often achieve a lower speed after dripping oil.
V/VQ series vane pump rated value working pressure
Under the idle speed, it is not allowed to work at the rated pressure or close to the rated pressure for a long time, otherwise it will cause local heating and damage. Don't assume that tandem pumps, triple pumps or thru-drive pump components can be loaded synchronously to rated pressure, be sure to monitor shaft loads to prevent torque overshoot.
drive alignment:
The coaxiality of the shaft and the alignment of the viewing angle are critical to the service life of the pump. If it is not correct, it will cause heavy loads on the rolling bearings, resulting in permanent failure. Flexible couplings must be aligned according to the specifications of the coupling manufacturer.
Cross shaft:
When using a double cross shaft coupling, the shafts must be parallel and the yoke must be on a parallel line, and the error should be as small as possible. Of course, the maximum error tolerance will vary with the standard used. The axial fit between the pump shaft and the cross shaft should be tight (big fit) without loosening.
Mount Auxiliary Gear Drive:
Splined shafts are highly recommended when the pump shaft is immediately connected to a transmission or reducer. Spline gear transmission should be lubricated. As backlash accumulates, there is a chance of interference between the shaft and transmission splines. In order to reduce this possibility, a side tooth spline fit should be used. Side tooth fit and short mesh length ratio large through fit splines or long spline meshes have greater flexibility and smaller side load tendencies.
As a general standard, the minimum spline engagement should not be less than 85% of the spline pitch to ensure high shaft torque current rating.
