Vane Pump

1.The first type: The V series vane pump stator itself has poor heat treatment, and the tempering or quenching is not well mastered, resulting in the release of internal stress and cracks. 2.The second type: the situation is caused by the user’s use, caused by instantaneous overpressure. Instantaneous overpressure can also be divided into two situations, slow overpressure and fast overpressure. If it is fast overpressure, it usually takes a few seconds. Internal overpressure, in this case, the stator of the V series vane pump will not crack, and the pressure cover (the front cover of the single pump or the back cover of the V series double pump) will crack, and the cracking of the back cover needs to reach a pressure of more than 50 MPa. At 45 MPa, the back cover will not crack. The occurrence of this situation is not a human factor, but the instantaneous overpressure caused by the particles in the oil blocking the overflow valve to the limit.

3.The stator crack of the V series vane pump should be the slow overpressure in the instantaneous overpressure. This step-by-step boost to the limit occurs on the equipment with defective hydraulic system design. When the relief valve aperture is too small or the performance When unstable, the relief valve cannot fully release the flow at the end of each action cycle.

4.The second cycle starts again. The accumulated excess flow will increase the pressure step by step. The pressure has basically broken through the pressure range of the V series vane pump. 5.This situation belongs to the use of V series vane pumps for overpressure. When the vane pump is used slowly and for a long time under overpressure, the internal parts will begin to age early, and the material properties of tensile, bending and bending resistance will be impacted.

6.Just like a person twisting an iron wire by hand, the iron wire will be broken if it is repeatedly folded back and forth. The weakest part of the internal parts will be damaged in advance, such as broken blades, broken flaps between the two grooves of the rotor, V series vane pumps Stator cracks, shaft spline disconnection, etc., are the hazards caused by slow and long-term overpressure.
