What is a quantitative vane pump?

Quantitative pump is a pump with constant theoretical displacement per revolution, constant pressure and non-adjustable flow rate, which is called quantitative vane pump.

1. Features:

The vane pump runs smoothly, has small pressure pulsation, low noise, and is easy to manufacture, and is widely used in hydraulic systems. Especially in the hydraulic system of combined machine tools, vane pumps are often used. The disadvantages of the vane pump are that there are many structural components, high manufacturing requirements, high cost, and are sensitive to dirty oil. An oil filter device must be installed before the oil suction port, and its self-priming capacity is worse than that of a gear pump.
