Why do air pockets occur in the V&VQ series vane pumps? what is the reason?

Today I will tell you about one of our most common problems. I think everyone who has used V&VQ series hydraulic pumps will have encountered similar problems, right? When air pockets occur in the body of a V series oil pump, how should we analyze the cause? Below we will give you a detailed explanation of the causes of cavitation in the V&VQ series vane pumps:

1. The auxiliary V&VQ series hydraulic vane pump failed. Take the faulty vane pump for replacement or repair.

2. The temperature of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is too low or the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high. This is either to increase the oil temperature or to replace the hydraulic oil with new one.

3. The oil level in the oil tank of the pump station is too high. Simply change the installation location of the fixed displacement hydraulic oil pump or change the design of the system tank.

4. The speed of the V&VQ series vane pump is too fast. It's very simple, just slow down the speed of the hydraulic oil pump.

5. The oil suction filter in the hydraulic system mailbox is too small or blocked. The method is very simple. If it is small, replace it and if it is clogged, clean or replace it.

6. The suction oil pipe in the V&VQ series vane pump station has too many bends, or the suction oil pipe is too long and thin. This only requires changing the design of the pipeline.
