Vane Pump T7BS Series Vane Pump Features:

▲High working pressure. The rated working pressure is up to 275 bar, which can reduce the size of hydraulic actuators, hydraulic control valves and piping, reducing installation costs

▲High mechanical efficiency. The typical value is 0.94, which reduces energy loss; Wide speed range - The speed range is 600-2800 rpm (400-2800 rpm for automotive pumps), combined with the installation of large-displacement pump core components in small-size housings, it can optimize working conditions and reduce noise

▲Low speed. (600 rpm, 400 rpm for automotive pumps), low pressure and high viscosity (860 cSt, 2000 cSt for automotive pumps) operating capabilities - enables T6 series vane pumps to adapt to low temperature conditions, with low power consumption and no risk of jamming;

▲Long life. Improves work safety and increases acceptance. Strong anti-pollution ability - This series of pumps uses double-lip structured blades, which have excellent anti-pollution ability and long service life;

▲ Rich structural parameters and forms. Such as: pump core displacement, transmission shaft form, oil port configuration form, etc., which are convenient for users to choose according to installation needs;

▲ Diversity of installation forms. There are 32 installation combinations for double pumps, and up to 128 installation combinations for triple pumps, which can reduce costs and improve performance.

T7BS series oil pump is a light and compact pump, which has three categories: in-line, distributed and single-body. The oil pump needs a power source to operate, and its lower camshaft is driven by the engine crankshaft gear.

The T7BS series oil pump proposes an oil pump having a housing made of an aluminum-containing material and a movable molded part arranged in the housing, wherein the movable molded part is at least partially made of a sinterable iron-based alloy material containing at least one austenite, and wherein the molded part made of a sinterable material has a thermal expansion coefficient that is at least 60% of the thermal expansion coefficient of the housing.
